Employer Dilemma: Health Insurance Costs Top $20,000 for Families in Texas

According to The Commonwealth Fund, healthcare insurance costs  for a family surpassed $20,000 for the first time in 2019 and are up more than 44 percent since 2010, when the average cost for family coverage was $14,526.
