This effort supports employers in strengthening equitable prevention, improving benefit design, reducing stigma in the workplace, and ensuring cost-free access to preventive services like PrEP in alignment with current federal mandates.
The 2025 workshops examined key challenges, including coverage gaps, stigma, benefit design inconsistencies, cost barriers, and access inequities, as well as solutions employers can adopt to improve HIV prevention and treatment across their health plans and workforce.
