Bringing together leaders and decision makers from a variety of businesses, the DFW Business Group on Health is a regional, employer-sponsored healthcare coalition dedicated to improving the cost and quality of healthcare in North Texas.
We understand that employers want to provide health care benefits that meet their employees’ needs and offer the best value. The latest study shows metroplex employers spent an average of $14,000 per employee annually for health care benefits, a 7% increase over previous year’s cost. Healthcare premiums are expected to increase by 6.5%*. A key role for DFWBGH is to keep healthcare costs affordable for DFW employers and their employees with no loss in healthcare quality.

The Dallas-Fort Worth Business Group on Health (DFWBGH) is a coalition of Dallas and Fort Worth area employers committed to educating and empowering local employers and their employees to make informed healthcare-related decisions and to promoting healthcare quality, cost-effectiveness, transparency and accountability in our community.
Coalition members representing approximately 400,000 DFW area employees.
